Pies & tarts are my favorite recipe category to make because of how versatile they can be! Whether big with many slices or individual per person or mini to eat more, your flavor and texture possibilities are endless. And if you do not own any tart shells, you can always go with the rustic look of a classic galette. Yes these recipes involve multiple components and steps, but I promise you, they’re worth it.
