Welcome spring during those still chilly days with ooey and gooey white chocolate strawberry blondies! Super easy to make, these blondies combine tart, fresh strawberries and sweet white chocolate to make one delicious treat.
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prepare your baking pan with pan spray and lined with parchment paper.
Place half the butter in a medium pot and melt down. Cook until brown with a nutty aroma and remove from heat. Add in the rest of the butter; it may bubble and boil so be careful. Whisk until melted.
Combined the butter with the brown sugar in a bowl and whisk until combined. Add in the eggs with vanilla and whisk until combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
Add in the loosely chopped frozen strawberries and white chocolate chips and spread into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean. Make sure to rotate halfway through baking. Allow to cool fully before slicing.
