Ingredients

  • 191 g Butter, unsalted
  • 255 g Light brown sugar
  • 3 ea Whole eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 300 g All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt

  • Add in the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
  • Add in the loosely chopped frozen strawberries and white chocolate chips and spread into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean. Make sure to rotate halfway through baking. Allow to cool fully before slicing.
